As a Museum Studies student, you participate in a unique set of experiences that includes taking two service learning courses, committing 500 hours to work in the community, and writing and reflecting extensively on your apprenticeship. Through these undertakings you have learned how to apply what you are learning in the classroom to community needs. These experiences, along with a few more components, qualify you for certification in service learning.
